In less than 6 days, we’re headed to Walt Disney World for the 2018 Disney Social Media Moms Land & Sea Celebration. To say that I’m excited is an understatement. I had to hold off on posting about it here on the blog since we had a huge surprise planned for my Mom. Let’s just say #MissionAccomplished.
When I first received the invite from the Disney team back in October 2017, I was pleasantly surprised. I was aware of the conference/celebration because I had blogger friends who attended in the past, so I’m looking forward to having my own first-hand experience. The fact that I can share this experience with my family is icing on this magical cake.
In case you’ve never heard of the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration, it is an invite-only gathering of social media influencers and opinion leaders. It marries the conference experience with the magic of Disney and is also one of the few family-friendly influencer conferences available.
Since it’s a land and sea adventure, we will spend a few days at Walt Disney World and then we will set sail on the Disney Dream for a 3-night cruise to the Bahamas and Castaway Cay (Disney’s private island).
After a really tough year last year, I can’t think of a better way to start my 2018 than at the happiest place on earth.
