The weekend is here, so it’s time to let your hair down….or is time to put it up? 🙂
Anywho, here’s a style I wore two weekends ago. It’s easy to do and you can do your own variations .
Start off by doing twists all over your head (except the small section on the side that flat-twisted). I must say that I’m pretty proud of my flat twists since I have the hardest time doing them. I can only get them right if I close my eyes….go figure. Maybe it’s because I’m left-handed!? Maybe……
Twist the “other” front section going forward so as to create the effect of bangs. And that’s it….well kinda.
For the first few days, I just wore the style “as is”.
Then Sunday rolled around and I wanted to “style it up” for church 🙂
So, I pinned up the back and undid the twists at the front! Simple huh…?
Sorry about the quality of some the pics. I left my camera at home and has to use my phone 🙂
Quick and easy right? Do you have a favorite updo style? Feel free to share 🙂
Until next time
Thanks hon :). I think it’s mostly genetic. Have you tired Bantu Knoting them? That might give a little more definition. Thanks for you support….I like what I see over at your little “spot” so I’m following! lol
I love your hair! I wish my hair would look this pretty in twist, but they just look limp and lifeless. IDK why. I have tried them dry and wet but still crazy hair! lol. Beautiful! I am following!

lol..thanks hon! I have the hardest time but somehow closing my eyes seems to work. 🙂
I like that. I’m left handed too and it’s so hard for me to flat twist the left side of my head! Glad I’m not the only one lol
