When something is GOOD, I like to say so!
After reading a few reviews, I decided to purchase some shampoo bars. My Shea Moisture Moisture Retention Shampoo is down to the last drop (we’ve used it since last November) and I wanted to try something new. I only shampoo my hair about twice per month (I mostly co-wash) but we NEEDED shampoo 🙂
Anywho, I went on to Bobeam Natural Products page on Etsy and liked what I saw. I emailed LaQuita (the owner) because I had some questions. She responded in no time, LITERALLY!
She was accommodating, helpful, friendly, pleasant and PROFESSIONAL as we emailed back and forth for almost hour.
I placed my order last Thursday evening, and within a few minutes I got my confirmation email stating my bars would be mailed the next morning. By the time I checked my email on Friday morning my shipping confirmation was waiting for me..
Fast forward 4 days later (including Columbus Day holiday) and after stalking the mailman all day, my shampoo bars arrived! :)They were well packaged and contained a few surprises. I wonder how she knows I LIKE surprises? hmmmm :0

A Business Card
A personalized hand-written note 🙂
Now if that is not the BEST customer serivce EVER, I don’t know what is!
Of course, I’ll post my review of the shampoo bars (although I can tell you that I used one as soon as I got it and I really like it). Stay tuned 🙂

@Vessey..they are just like shampoo (well the sulphate free one’s). They are just made into a bar form. You can also these a body bars 🙂
