You’re probably thinking, “45? How did you come up with so many?” Well actually I didn’t, but I did contribute three 🙂

Kathy from Flat Iron Queen reached out to me to share 3 tips for healthier hair.  She compiled this amazing post of 45 tips from various bloggers/beauty experts.

Here are my three tips for Healthy Natural Hair:

1) Keep your scalp clean. Hair grows from the scalp, so having a healthy scalp is the first step to healthy hair.

2) Deep condition. Deep conditioning helps to infuse moisture, increase your hair’s elasticity and keeps your strands looking great.

3) Trim away old/dead ends. The ends are the oldest part of your hair. Snipping away split ends helps your hair to thrive and remain healthy.

Deep conditioning and trimming are definitely key ways that I keep my hair healthy. It grows fast, but my ends will split even faster if I let it get too dry or slack on conditioning it.
