Last year, I also mentioned that I was looking to incorporate more natural skincare products into my regimen. I can say that I have been pretty successful in doing so. The latest additions to the lineup are the new Burt’s Bees Cleansing Oil and the Brightening Even Tone moisturizing Cream which I have been using as part of my night time skincare routine.
One of my biggest issues is hyperpigmentation and dark spots from pesky adult acne breakouts, so using products that won’t clog more pores or leave my skin extra oily is important. On the days when I wear makeup, I’ve been using the Burt’s Bees cleansing Oil, which I picked up from my local Target, to gently remove all the oil, dirt and makeup.
You can learn more about it here. The cleansing oil is formulated with natural moisturizers such as Coconut and Argan oils and is 100% natural. Score!
Since it’s a NEW product, I found the Cleansing Oil on the end cap in the beauty aisle at my local target.
The Cleansing Oil isn’t a stand-alone product, so once I’m done cleansing and toning, it’s time to tackle those pesky dark spots with the Burt’s Bees Brightening Even-Tone Moisturizing cream. The cream contains Daisy extract which is a natural skin brightening agent. It also helps for visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. As a member of the over 30 club, that’s definitely a plus in my book 😉
