As soon as I’m done writing this post, I’ll begin packing for Blogging While Brown 2015. Last year I attended my first blogging conference, and I’m excited to attend Blogging While Brown this year in Austin. As I continue to grow as a blogger and solopreneur, I am committed to investing in myself and my business, so I’m really looking forward to this weekend.
What is Blogging While Brown?
Since its launch in 2008, Blogging While Brown has grown to become the premier blogging conference dedicated to education, collaboration, and innovation among bloggers of color. The conference brings Black social media experts, speakers, and independent content creators together to expand their influence in social media and technology
At the end of the conference, the Black Weblog Awards will be held. I’m really excited about meeting and celebrating with my fellow nominees and winners.

I’m SO bummed to miss BWB this year! I attended last year and it was great. My daughter’s dance recital is this weekend so just couldn’t make it work. Have fun!

I went to BWB here in NY 2 years ago. It was an awesome experience. Thoroughly enjoyed all the info learned, the encouragement from long timers and connections made. Hope to be able to attend next year. Enjoy!

I have never been to a conference for blogging. I always felt it was a waste of money in the beginning but I went to a mini one here in Atlanta a few months ago and the networking was so awesome that I have changed my mind and will be attending something soon.
